Get To Know Me

Hi, I'm Bridget Owens, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and founder of Behavior Train ABA. I believe meaningful support starts with understanding the individual, building on strengths, and focusing on skills that make a real difference in everyday life. My approach is centered on practical, family-centered care that honors differences while helping children develop greater independence, communication, confidence, and quality of life. Over the past several years, I have worked with children and families across home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings. These experiences have reinforced my belief that no two individuals are the same, and that effective support should be tailored to the unique needs, goals, and values of each child and family. Through Behavior Train ABA, I provide individualized services designed to meet families where they are. Whether that involves direct therapy, caregiver coaching, school collaboration, IEP support, behavior consultation, or intensive skill-building programs, my goal is to help families access meaningful support that is practical, compassionate, and sustainable. As both a clinician and a parent, I understand the importance of balancing evidence-based practices with real-life family needs. I am passionate about helping children build on their strengths, supporting caregivers with confidence, and creating solutions that work beyond the therapy session. I currently provide services in Alabama and offer select consultation and telehealth services in additional states where licensed.
